Not sure what to say?

just found this page- I am melissa´s daughter. It means so much to see all of your messages. Please contact me with any stories or anything you have

Melissa was a dear friend and acting student of mine. She studied with me for several years and I was even able to get her some acting jobs. Her life was tragically cut short and all of us who knew her still grieve for her to this day and for her husband, daughter, family and friends She went on to become a very respected casting director and always treated actors with love and compassion R.I.P. It´s now 2022 and Melissa you are still missed in this world that has changed so much since you left it. So many fun and sweet stories from our years as friends continue to echo through my thoughts and you still remain in all of our hearts.

As a lifelong friend of Melissa's I am so grateful that I was able to be with the hundreds of people who attended Melissa's celebration. She was so deeply loved and now so deeply missed. She will be forever in the hearts of all of us who had the gift of her in our lives. We love you Melissa forever.

Dearest Mel- the last time I saw you was in SF at an audition in the 90's- what a hoot to do some minor catching up.
I loved having you as my sister and partner in "2 Prima Donnas in Need of Attention" when we were mere children and ,ouch, "Little Mary Sunshine". I am so proud of what you have accomplished- including a beautiful little girl that I didn't know you had! It seems that you have lived a beautiful and action-packed Life and that you will be sorely missed! I am so glad to have...

My wife and I would like to express our sympathy to Melissa and her family. We saw them at the Maui Harley-Davidson dealership and we thought what a nice family. She will be missed. From one biker to another.

we wish to express our sympathy and aloha to the family of Melissa Martin-Zander. We met Melissa, her husband and daughter at the Maui Harley Dealership, where Mr. Zander removed his windshield from his Heritage Softail rental. He was packing their daughter and Melissa gave her a piece of chocolate. We were amazed that their young daughter was riding in back of her dad's harley, but Melissa informed us that her husband packs their daughter daily to school on his harley, so she was a...

I would like to express condolences on behalf of my wife and I who were also visiting Maui the week of Melissa's passing. Some of our group spoke briefly with the 3 of you as you were heading out from the Harley Dealership.

May the sadness and pain heal, but your heart always remember.

To Melissa and her entire family,

The last time I saw Melissa was at an audition she called me in on. In all the years I have been in this business, I can truly say that Melissa Martin - Zander was one of the the kindest I ever met. I learned today at her memorial service she was a huge sci-fi fan. I wish I'd known more about her because after hearing about her life we had so much in common. I'm envious of the dear friends she had and honored to have been an aquaintence and admirer of...
