Mellisa turned me on to Jazz Dance. As a student at Potsdam she choreographed a Jazz piece to Rufus' Swing Down Chariot which I danced in. She never knew this but because of her inspiration I went on to be a Jazz Dancer for 19 years. Whenever I smell Rive Gauche I remember Melissa.
