Not sure what to say?

Doug and Family,
May you find comfort from knowing that your grief is shared, and that our hearts ache from this terrible loss. From years past, we remember the lyrics you loved.
"Bearing Sorrow havin' fun, But back home (We'll)always run...
To sweet Melissa" ABB

To the Potter Family,

Sharing in your time of sorrow, and praying that God will grant you His peace which surpasses all human understanding and reason. In always remembering the happiness and love you shared, she will remain with you until you meet her again.

As a cousin, I wish that I would have taken more time to get to know you than what I did. I will never forget the silly expressions that you showed when you opened your gifts at Christmas. I will miss you Melissa but you will always be in my heart.

i met mel when i was very little and she has always been a friend of the family almost forever! my sister knew her since kindergarten.and we miss her dearly and to Caroline we all love you dearly too

Doug and Family, also heard of your loss from Dave Kindness. My family sends our deapest condolences to you all. Doug, I remember and appreciate that you were there for me when my father passed. Know that your all in our prayers.

Doug and Family, Dave Kindness forwarded news of your loss. I know of no words that can bring comfort. Over the years Pat and I have often spoke of you and the times we shared. Our thoughts and prayers are again with you and your family. Be strong and know even those friends from years gone by feel for you and are with you.

Words cannot express the loss that our family has experienced, but the memories and the love that we have of and for one another along with our faith will help us through. We have such a wonderful family that encourages individuality and supports us through the toughest times. Melissa's individuality was truly extraordinary and it is obvious that she touched not only the lives of her family but of those of everyone she met. I am so proud and feel fortunate for the family that we have. I hope...

To My Lil' Sis;
Again, no amount of words, no poetic turn of phrase could ever explain everything we've been through. All the memories are going to last longer than life could ever try...and here's living to that. The friendship we've had lasts longer even still. As I sit here waiting upon my final days in high school, I realize I now have to fight to hold on to these memories; from midnight movies to randomly dancing in the living room even though we had no music. From talent shows,...

I met Melissia my senior year and I will always remember telling her she was too quiet when I was around and from then she never stoped talking. She was a very sweet girl and will be missed dearly. My condolences go out to her entire family!
