Jim- I just found out about your dad. What an amazing man, in all he did and in how much he loved his family. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Having been at the health department since 1958 we have known a great many people there. Mel was one of the nicer ones. We are sure he will be missed by his family and many of the people who knew him.

I am writing on behalf of my father, Dr. John (Jack) Debbie. Although, my dad is not well enough to come to the funeral service he sends his condolences to the family. My dad enjoyed the time that he worked with Dr. Abelseth on Rabies issues. I remember him talking about him often. God bless your family during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear of your beloved Dad's passing! He was an amazing man who helped a lot of people. You girls also have helped a lot of people in your life time.
