Not sure what to say?

I didn´t learn about Doug´s passing until just very recently from a mutual friend. What a huge loss. I remember being inspired by the brilliance of his work and sought to emulate it at the beginning of my own career. I had the good fortune to meet Doug eventually and work on some studies and committees with him. He was as much fun as he was hardworking and diligent. I wish that I could have stayed in closer touch with him over the years but consider myself very lucky to have known and worked...

I had not had any contact with Doug in a few years so I received this news well after his passing. He was a warm and wonderful man who I admired both professionally and personally. I was lucky to have crossed his path.

I worked for the two Doug's, (Longshore and Anglin) in the early 90's at UCLA. They taught us all so much! Doug Anglin was a great friend to my partner and I. I'll never forget this brilliant man or be able to thank him enough for all he did for so many different people. A life well lived. Bravo, Doug!!

My sympathy to the family. Doug was a very likeable young man growing up not very far from our house in Berryville, Arkansas. He was very intelligent and kind.

My sincere condolences. Although Doug was a couple of years ahead of me in school, I remember him clearly and fondly from my school days. He was a great guy.

I remember Doug from childhood when I visited in Berryville,Ar. I'm in awe of his accomplishments. My heartfelt sympathy to family and friends. Suzy Smith Skeen ( Granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. J.B. Brown of Berryville)

My family sends our sincere condolences for your loss. May happy memories of your loved one and the words of Isaiah 57:15 provide you with much comfort.

I met Doug about 30 years ago when my mom became his bookkeeper. When she passed away in 2015 I took over this role. Doug was a warm, caring person who was always interested in other people. My husband, Alan, and I always enjoyed our lunches together. He will be missed by us as well as by his many friends. Rest in Peace Doug
