Dear Ann, I'm so glad you shared your name with me when we met at the bank, so I could read about your dear husband and his accomplishments. I went to BYU. I am LDS. I am thinking of you up here in Lynden. May you receive great comfort from family and friends during this time, and may your days be filled with love, miracles, and sprinkles of laughter!

Bishop, you have won the hard battle and are reaping your rewards of eternal life, teaching others and feeling the love our father has promised. Thank you for your wisdom I have been blessed with. May God bless bless your family with knowledge, god health, and happiness!

We were in Utah when we heard of Mel´s passing. So very sorry to hear. We have known Mel for many years and have so much respect for him and Ann. Our paths have not crossed as often as we would have liked the past few years and that has been our loss. A wonderful man who has made life better for so many. There is no doubt where he is and that his reward will be great. Our love.
