Read MoreWhat a great joy is must have been to have had Mel as patriarch of the Koch family. I had the opportunity to meet him several times back in the 1980's at Saunders. He always took the time to be attentive and courteous. If there was ever a "can do" man, it was Mel. He was inspirational to those who were fortunate to know him. The Koch family is in my prayers for your loss.

Our prayers are with you all. The greatest thing is that he is headed to be with Myrna. Steeg and I loved Mel very much, he was our neighbor for seven years long, haven't ever met a more kind, loving spirit than Mel and Myrna.
