Melvin A. Leathers

Melvin was born on January 30, 1926 and passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Melvin was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept., 17, 2018 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with the Rev. Dennis Smith officiating. Burial will be private at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven. Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
