My Dad owned and operated a small Paving company in Redding for many years. My brother JIm and myself hauled many tons of asphalt out of the J F Shea plant. I remember Mel when he first came to work for Shea. He was always a great guy to work around. We are sorry for your loss, he will be missed by many. My condolences, Jerry Butcher
