Melvin personally hired me and started my career as a paint and wallcovering contractor after moving here from the northeast. My first job was at his jobsite in Spanish Fort. Westminster Village. I worked with him and his company for 30+years. He will truly be missed. Our deapest sympathy and condolences from me and my family. Al and Gail Galich @AG Contracting LLC.

My deepest condolences for his family and friends, when I was 19 with no job, no skills, and no sense, Mr. Pierce gave me a chance and for that I am so thankful and blessed to have had the pleasure of meeting and working for him.
