Melvin personally hired me and started my career as a paint and wallcovering contractor after moving here from the northeast. My first job was at his jobsite in Spanish Fort. Westminster Village. My deepest condolences for his family and friends, when I was 19 with no job, no skills, and no sense, Mr. Pierce gave me a chance and for that I am so thankful and blessed to have had the pleasure of meeting and working for him.
