I worked with Wayne at Williams, Kelly & Greer, where he was one of my favorite people. I admired his intellect and appreciated his sense of humor. A gracious, kind and respectful man. Barb and I can still see Wayne sitting at his carrel at W&L Law 36 years ago, his chair leaning back, a big smile on his face. He seemed so mellow and complete. All of our love and sorrow to Rosemary and the children, and to Dianne. Wish we could be there.
