Dear Carmen & family ~ My deepest sympathy on such a great loss. Mel was such a talented carpenter. After our father died, he remodeled our kitchen for our mother. (house on Pilgrim in 1980-81) He built the best butcher block island ever! I was able to revisit our house on Pilgrim several years ago.
