Fun Fact: My Dad was a fabulous chef! Cooking was his LOVE language. My cousins loved his Beef Tomato, my favorite was his Pork Watercress Soup. He would make delicious Vinha d'alhos Turkey and his homemade pumpkin pies where a seasonal must have. He would always ask me: "What´s for dinner?" And I´d always respond "I don´t know Dad.." as I just got off work. I miss him. God bless you Dad!

My brother Mel was always calling me and my family to see how we are doing. He never missed a day in checking up on us. My brother Mel was the last of my brothers that was still living until the day that God decided to take him home with him. Right now he is in heaven with the rest of his brothers, sisters and parents. I will miss you my brother until we meet again A Hui Hou
