Not sure what to say?

I count myself lucky to have grown up with Mel and his wonderful family. I have wonderful memories of camping trips, family get togethers and church events with the Yosts. Mel made everyone feel cared about, validated and special. He was such a loving man. I am thankful God put him in my life. I'm thinking of you David, Jon, Peter, Chris and family.

Dear Yost Family,
We were so sorry about your Dad's passing. We have many happy memories of your family an ours as neighbors on vacations and camping trips. Your Dad was such a kind and gentle person. I know he will be missed.
Love, Sylvia and Hank Phillips

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Mel. He was such a kind and gentle person and we so loved his visits to Northern NY. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family.
Our love.
Florence Trautmann and family

I can't wait to get to Jacksonville to throw my arms around a beautiful family who is celebrating the life of their wonderful patriarch! Mel was much loved and that speaks volumes about his character and his love for family and friends. God bless each of you!
In Christ's love,

We just wanted to say again how sad it was to hear of your Dad's passing.
His memory will live on in you, your brothers and all the grandchildren
Our sincere Condolences

I only had a chance to talk with Mel a few times when I would come to the YMCA with my Dad who played in the same tennis group. He was very kind and funny and I know my Dad thought very highly of him. My prayers to the family.

Winnie was my piano teacher for many years and we always felt like a part of their family. It was always so great to see Mel when all the Violets got together. What a great man.

MY condolences to the family during this difficult. May the God of comfort continue to comfort you.
