Not sure what to say?

Remembering my neighbor Mr. Barr. Thinking of him at the start of this years MLB season. Wondering , still, if they turn double plays in Heaven. Rest in the Presence and in Peace Sir.

We miss you Mr. Z. I've enjoyed hearing more about your love of sports -- esp. Penn State and of course our Phillies. Currently we are 1-0 so undefeated. So far, so good! Thank you for your kind neighborliness to me . Mrs. Z has continued this. Rest in power, love, and peace Sir.

I will miss chatting with kind Mr. Zody ... about the history of the neighborhood, Penn State, and baseball. His gentle, smiling, and welcoming ways meant more to me than I can say. Missing him already. To the Zody family, know that I am in the neighborhood and anxious to know of any way I can help at this time or down the road. My deepest sympathy.

Have known Mel for many years since our time at the Naval Depot and "the old timer's breakfasts" at the Peppermill! Mel was a great guy! Deepest sympathy to the family!

I knew Melvin from the Cumberland valley football games. He enjoyed rooting on the eagles. He talked to anyone that listened to him.

So sorry for your loss. I am sure he will be up in heaven hanging out with my Dad and Harry Kohr
