I am Merle's cousin. My father Claude and your grandmother Jessie were brother and sister.

Kathy and Jane, I guess I've known "Miss Merle" (as we were taught in Broadmoor long ago) for over 50 years. How the Julian family loved her and Woodrow. She was mother's closest friend for many years.
Getting to drop in and visit with her occasionally over the years was always a blessing for me. I would be in town for a visit, give her a call and she would say 'come on'.
We do have a special place in our hearts for you too.
