Merle was as to close to a brother as i could get. him and Coots lived with me after they were married...We went to the grand ole opry in 1968..after the opry we got lost on some back road...we use to do donuts in his brand new 1968 chevy.....Son you will be missed more than than you'd ever know...I hope and pray that the lord takes up into his arms and some day we will be united and we can talk about old times, I truly loved you....."CUZ"

I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT Merle and was shocked,saw him not long ago and he seemed fine.I always liked Merle, he could always make me laugh. He is in a better place now, the LORD has put an end to any suffering and made him whole again. I will never forget you Merle, RIP.
