The Old Fashioned King -

What do you do for a group of hardworking staff that kept things flowing during the Friday Night Fish Fries - you gave them a glass of their favorite drink to award them - that my friend was a class act!

Thank you for the memories & treating everyone with respect !

Sincerely from JoAnne Clark & Family

Marge and family,
Our sincere sympathy on Merlins passing. We keep our font memories of New Years parties, Stumf fiddles and great food and friendships. Sandy and Richard Matuszak

We are very sorry to hear about your loss. Please know that our thoughts and prayers hope to bring you peace and comfort.

Marge and Family, We are so sorry for your loss. We will always remember our little talks with Merle at the end of the bar on Friday nights and all our fun with him when he was our bartender.

Take care and always remember what a great guy he was.

Tony and Marsha Frisque

Merlin was an unforgettable man. His love for the north woods was contagious. Marge all of your are in our prayers. Jim and Judy Biwer

We cherish our numerous years of relationship with Merlin and Marge as neighbors at Bass Lake. He was always a humble personable person who showed respect and courtesy to whomever he associated with. It is satisfying to remember his visits to our cottage and our visits to the Kropps cottage. His positive attitude will forever be in our memories of him. God bless Merlin and his family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed seeing Merlin behind the bar, serving us all. It just wasn't the same without him. He will be missed. I will be keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

To Marge, Pat and family, My deepest sympathy to you on the passing of Merle. He was such a nice man, and I remember the great times Jim and I had when we were in Green Bay and went to the restaurant for Friday night fish fries. They were the best ever, and I've told people about them for years. May God bless Merle, and all of you; my thoughts and prayers are with you.
