My most sincere condolences to the Billups family. I met him once a long time ago through my friend, and his brother, David. He seemed to be a very nice person. His niece, Sarah, is very dear to me and she will miss him very much.

Ted was always a breath of fresh air every time I saw him. Such a wonderful sense of humor. Also cared deeply about the workers he supervised. He went the extra mile to make sure people with disabilities were able to be successful in employment. RIP Ted. Gary Tritch

Ted was first and foremost a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was very involved with and loved spending quality time with the family. He had a great sense of humor and was a lot of fun to be around. He will be greatly missed.
