I worked at Norman Camera from 1974 to 1977. Mert was a great boss and never lost his temper about anything and was very fair. Mert was nice enough to offer to cosign a loan for my car when I needed one. It was very generous of him to offer, but I ended up not needing the help. I will always remember that generosity.
