Joann, Sandra and Richard, I am so sorry for your loss. May God bless you in this time of sorrow.

Merv was the truest Christian I know. He was always there every single Sunday to shake your hand or give you a hug, and he remembered your name young and old. He was faithful to his calling and everyone loved Merv. I know that he is standing at Heavens Gate and welcoming everyone in. What a treasure he was and I am so thankful that God allowed me the privilege to know Merv and to be honestly loved by him.. Rest well Merv, you deserve it. +

He was such a sweet person along with his wife. We all are going to miss him.

Our Prayers & Thoughts are with you. May God be with you
during this time.

Ronnie & Doris

Even though I don't make it back to Hampton, I do think of all the kind people I grew up with on Salt Ponds Road.
Good memories of good time with all of you at your parents home. Thinking of you all.

Sandy:

It has been some time since we communicated. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.

Please accept my sincere condolences. I've know Mr. Shearer since I joined First United Methodist Church of Fox Hill as a child. He's always had such a "presence" about him, and will be greatly missed.
