Hi,
My personal condolences to the Yoder Family. It makes some sense to me that Dean 'hung on' until his house was sold. I know it was very important to him, as he and your Mom planned it and built it. I knew your Dad for a LONG time. His office was in one of my buildings in Coralville 'forever'. I used to see him in his 'Office', ad stop and talk. Time caught up with him.
