Mervyn I. Silberberg

I met Mervyn decades ago, when I was involved with the SF Council on District Merchants. He had a agile mind, tremendous knowledge, and was a born Patriot, mentor and activist, and I learned a lot from him. Over the years, we shared many causes. He was always "a step ahead" because he took the time to study the issue, connect with key individuals and then act. No doubt he helped thousands of people -- many of whom will never hear his name -- during the course of his thankfully long life. I...

I send my most heartfelt condolences to the entire Silberberg family on the passing of my friend Mervyn. Merv and I were classmates at Lowell High and our lives continued to intersect through adulthood as a result of our common careers in real estate. Along with all who. Knew him, I too will miss him.
