Merwyn passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019. Merwyn was a resident of Aurora, Nebraska at the time of passing. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 26th at the United Methodist Church in Aurora.
Our sympathy to Betty and family. We attended Merwyn's church in McCook and were so blessed to have him as our minister. His sermons were awesone. After he moved, we even went to his church near Omaha. He was excellent with the youth.

So sorry to hear of Merwyn's passing. He was my Minister for many years in McCook. Some of my fondest memories are from our group conversations at confirmation and youth group. Though he will be missed the role he played in bringing so many to Christ will long be remembered.
