Read MoreOur deepest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. We lived in Walnut Creek 20 years ago and remember meeting your mother when my father, (Ira Bernstein- they were cousins) and mother Joan were visiting.
She later graciously hosted a visit of our family at her Napa home. We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet and spend time with her. So very sorry for your loss.

I'm so terribly sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was truly a remarkable woman with so much passion and knowledge which she generously shared with her students and friends. I took several Osher classes with Meryl and got to know her as a friend and I will miss her very much. My condolences to your family and I'm very sorry I won't be able to come out to the desert for her celebration but will be there in spirit.
