Mia was born on June 1, 2016 and passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. Mia was a resident of Burlington, Iowa at the time of her passing. Visitation will be from noon until 7:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday June 6 2016 at Prugh-Thielen Funeral Home Crematory.The Funeral Mass of the Resurrection for Mia will be 10:00 AM Tuesday June 7 2016 at St. Paul's Catholic Church with Fr. Marty Goetz as the Celebrant. Music will be provided by the Des Moines County Resurrection Choir. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. A memorial has been established to Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep.
