Michael Patrick Abbate

I'm his grandson and I loved seeing his face of Thanksgiving and Christmas waking up to wake up the house in Hanover New Hampsire to go open up presents.

Mike and Pam Abbate were very special people here in Crystal Lake, welcoming my late wife, Marie, and I and always a pleasure to be with. May they rest in peace with prayers for them and their family. Irish!

Mike was my Christian mentor! I cherished the time we had together in the ministries we shared. What a thoughtful, gentle,intellegent and peaceful friend to have had. May his soul rest in peace with our Lord Jesus Christ!! My sympathies to his family. Mike Manno

During Mike´s visit to his mother´s, birthplace of, Nenagh, co. Tipperary, Ireland, he got to meet the then president of Ireland, Eamon de Valera.
