We first met when we were both 3 Years old. We threw stones at one another from across the street. We grew up together. He was the most important person in my life from the age of 3 to 16. A good honest and dedicated man. He was a pleasure to work with and truly loved being a public servant. Deepest sympathies to the family.

We knew Mike all the way back to Miles Avenue and South High where he was a 1966 graduate. He was a star then and he went on to be a Star all his life. A good and kind man who will be remembered always.

Im so sorry to hear of his passing, we vecame friends in 1960 from Miles Ave in cleveland, I remember when he moved to garfield hts, I lived there as well, rest in peace my friend, my deepest condolences to your family
