My sympathies to everyone in Mike's family. Mike and I played tennis several times through the last 5 years or so. Our 1 - 1 games stand out. He was a great competitor, coach, and friend. I miss him.

Michele and I extend our condolences to you and all family members. Mike was very bright and witty, a man of heart and character. I felt privileged to know him. He helped make my tennis experience enjoyable. Mike will be sorely missed.
