He is survived by his wife, Tamere Coleman Alexander; his children, Makala Alexander, Tamerion Excell Coleman and Michael Excell Alexander Jr.; his mother, Michelle Alexander; three brothers, Rakeem Roper, Donshan Wyche and Jerry Allen; two sisters, Jerchelle and Sade Allen; grandmothers, Alice Alexander and Veronica Williams; mother-in-law, April Shelton; father-in-law, Craig Williams; two aunts, one uncle, two sisters-in- law, one brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. His remains rest at the W.S. Watkins & Son Funeral Home, 2700 North Avenue. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, January 5, 2013, at the W.S. Watkins Community Chapel, 2701 Garland Ave. Rev Joseph Brown officiating.
