I sit on the bench where we'd meet a few times a week and laugh, sing, talk about the races and you would teach me the different species of the birds that would fly or sit in those trees across from where we'd sit. Life will never be the same for those of us that were fortunate enough to have Mike in our lives. Mike was the most honest friend that I have ever known and he was a True Blue man. This is life changing. My brother and my best friend forever.

This tears me up as Mike was one of the nicest kids I had the privilege to teach & coach. A heart of gold as displayed one day when he took me to his secret fishing spot. He gave you all he had on the field and always made it fun. I will carry fond memories of Mike and pray for his safe passage. May God Bless all !
