Michael Patterson Allphin

The first time we met Michael he was holding our 6 year old son Carl during a camp session at Camp Smile-A-Mile. Carl was beaming as he introduced us to his new buddy and I was surprised when this wonderful, but obviously busy young man wrote Carl over the summer and even into the fall. Carl loved getting his letters. They made him laugh and he always felt as though he was so special. The camp made pictures that year of the couclers and their young boys, and we proudly had the picture of Carl...
