For Anna, the kids, and the rest of the family, I am so sorry for your loss. Mike is a good man and I am thankful to have had Mike in my life as a friend. You had a wonderful husband and father for the time that you had him - although way to short of a time. As much as it hurts now, you can be thankful for that at least becasue not everyone gets that in life. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so saddened to learn of Michael's passing. I have this memory of him as a very young boy learning the fundamentals from Sesame Street, I was amazed at his knowledge for his age and his obvious love for learning. May everyone who knew Michael and particularly the entire Assaf Family find comfort in those special...

Anna & Family, I have found much comfort in these words and hope that you will too.
I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love.
Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

There are only so many people we meet where we look back and say, " he was a special guy". Mike was a really special guy. The world is a better place because of him. May The Lord give comfort and peace to his family and close friends.
