Mike was a friend of long-standing and a former law partner. I was very sad to hear of his untimely passing. Sue and I send our deepest sympathy to Nolly and all the family. Mike Brown

I first met Mike at Herrick & Smith in the 1970's. He was a brilliant tax lawyer, and an absolutely wonderful human being. Ransy and I send out deepest sympathy to his family.

Mike was a wonderful lawyer with whom I shared many clients and similar values. Most importantly, many of us are without our great friend.

Mike was the most vibrant, caring, and brilliant friend and colleague I or anyone could wish for. And Mike and Nolly have been an inspiration and a joy. I will miss Mike, but I know that his spirit is very much with us. My heart goes out to Nolly and to the entire family.

A gallant and witty man, a beloved friend who was in my life too short a time, but to know him was a grace. Mike will always be missed...and remembered with love.

As a lawyer I found Mike's tax and planning advice invaluable. Though I knew him only for a few years, I found him to be a wonderful, positive person and professional. I will keep him in my prayers.

Nolly, Kathy and I were saddened to learn of Mike's passing. I've known Mike since 1970. Not only was he the owner of our former house in Hingham, but he's been our attorney for many, many years. Even in the early stages of his illness we enjoyed sparring about our diverse political views over a drink or 2 . I know the two of you shared a very special relationship. We'll miss Mike. He was a special person.
