Wow-I can´t believe Mike is gone for this long. I just found out about this, and I am both shocked and sad. I was an intern from ISU at Normal PD and that is where I met Mike back in 1999. Mike was a midnight shift officer and I was assigned to ride with him several times. We became friends and it was almost like we were partners on the street.
