Not sure what to say?

Michael was very much appreciated and respected in the LCOC car club. He freely dispensed his knowledge of the club, and cars as he made ready friends of all he met. Quiet and unassuming, Michael was the perfect Southern Gentleman who will be deeply missed.

Michael and I often spoke on the phone about the LCOC Southern Region treasurer's job which he helped me assume last year. He was patient and thorough and a wonderful conversationalist. I enjoyed his company far too little considering the short time we were given. His air of peace and gentlemanly qualities were remarkable. I shall miss him and treasure the time we spent loving our Lincolns.

While rersearching genealogy information I found some "kin" I had never known, including one sharing the same name as me;Walter.
I regret that in my 78 years in Alabama I never had an opportunity to share family reunion memories with either Michael or Walter but we must surely be related! I guess I'll have to hug Michael's neck in heaven cause I've heard he was headed in that direction and it won't be long before I catch up with him! Halleluia to the Lamb of God!!

Jim and I are so saddened by Buddy's death. What a terrible loss. This must be a terrible shock! We are so very sorry that this happened.

Knowing Michael and his mother was a privilege. We met them through our love of Lincolns and the Lincoln Club. Mike was a great person and could always be counted on. He will be greatly missed by his friends in the car clubs.

I also had the privilege of knowing Mike through the Southern Region Lincoln and Continental Owner's Club. The word that best describes Mike is "gentleman", in all of it's best connotations. He was truly a "gentle" man, and was a gentleman in the old-fashioned sense of the word - kindness, civility, a sense of duty and honorable. I do not understand the senselessness of his untimely death, and I grieve with his family and friends. Mike, you will be missed.

I will always remember Buddy as a quiet steadfast friend during our years at Bearden. My thoughts and prayers are with you and may his memory bring you comfort.

Uncle Bud

You are truly missed. Until we meet again.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
