Our hearts are broken for Mike's family and loved ones. Mike became one of my closest friends over the last few years. I will miss him terribly. He has always been so incredibly kind and supportive to my wife and I; and his friendship meant the world to me. I feel very fortunate to have been able to call him my friend.
