Mr. Bernhardt was my science teacher at Curtis Junior High. He was my favorite teacher and always made class fun My condolences and prayers go put to his family.

I first met Mr. Bernhardt as my middle school counselor, but spent four weeks as his biology student in summer school before starting Buchser High. I knew at an early age, that I wanted to pursue a career in teaching, so I paid close attention to teaching styles and methods. His monotone lectures were clear, concise.
