Not sure what to say?

Mike and I played in the Keno band together. I often visited him in Keno whenever I had the chance. Good guy gone way to soon.

Two beats (heart & drum) are now lost in downtown Kenosha and will never be replaced. He was a good man and will never be forgotten. R.I.P. Mike.

Mike's dad was the best teacher I was blessed to have. I wish your family and friends peace now and joy in wonderful memories when your hearts are ready.

Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

Gary, Joe and Greg Miksis in 2017

My brothers and I lived with our family directly across the street from the Bjorn family, on 16th Avenue, in the 1950's and 1960's. Mike and his brother Ricky were close neighborhood friends.

We shared many adventures together, from playing "follow the leader" in Washington Park to playing on the Chicago & Northwestern tracks, among the moving train cars, when we were youngsters and way too daring.

Mike and Rick had a wonderful mom, who was a nurse at St. Catherines hospital. ...

As you remember your love one, as God heals your broken hearts (Psalm 147:3), may your cherished memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength to endure.

So sorry for your loss. Prayers being sent to your family

He definitely was the mayor of downtown. Great guy with a great sense of humor and a pretty good drummer. We use to have a lot
Of drumming conversations when we still lived in Keno. Judy you have our deepest regrets.
