Not sure what to say?

This was a talented, multi faceted person. He could do fine wine, as well as White Castle Hamburgers. I worked with him for many years at Rutgers. He gave me some of the best laughs I can remember. His humor was in ambush. Good man gone.

In 7th and 8th Grades, during two years of changes for me that were not easy for me to adapt to, my friendship with Michael developed. It was easy, it was natural, it was open-hearted acceptance on his part, welcome comfort on mine. It was his humor that reached farthest into me, guiding me through the first steps of a journey that taught me how to" negotiate" some of the more trying of times I was to.go through. Watching and listening to Michael's wit and observations zero in on the target...

I consider myself a very lucky individual having known you and worked with you Michael. I will miss you my friend. I often say that memories of friends who are no longer with us keep them alive in our hearts. I will never forget you Michael.

Michael in 'The Taming of the Shrew.'

I will miss you Michael. You were one of the good people of this world. Michael was a TUTS alumnus, appearing in 'Brighton Beach Memoirs,' 'Fiddler on the Roof' (1985), and 'The Taming of the Shrew' and at the JCC in 'West Side Story.' He was my friend of almost 30 years. I'll never forget the night we went sailing and got pulled over by the Coast Guard. Always good memories with Michael.
