Not sure what to say?

Hi Dad! Crazy to think we are coming up on 13 years of your passing. I think about you often and think about how life would be if you were still here. So much has changed. Seth just had his first child. I know you would have loved the baby so much. I really wish you were here for this moment. I sure do miss you and wish you were here. It doesn´t even feel like 13 years as passed. I guess we are only getting older. We are all doing great. You raised us well. I know you would be proud of each...

This was tough to read..... I really stumbled onto this page by luck... nice to read all of this, hope to learn more with a little time. Will keep posting. Brad Makowski.

Mike was my BEST friend and shipmate while we served in Vietnam and homebased in Long Beach, Cal. I miss him.

Mike was a great boss, while I worked there. I enjoyed working for him. He always had a smile and a great attitude. Ron Warren, Lake of the Ozarks

Boan family,
Mike was a wonderful man. He always made me laugh and made me feel welcomed. He lived without a care in the world and just enjoyed life and his family. I feel honored to have known him. God Bless You,

Uncle Mike was many things. Friendly, playful, engaging, social, determined, charismatic, handsome, easy going, entertaining, and sometimes stubborn.

His smile was endless, contagious and radiatiant.

He was devoted to Betty and clearly loved his children. He was a good son and loved his Momma.

He was such a skilled story teller. I loved his stories..like the time Christian pulled his pants down while he waited in line at Home Depot...or the 'exciting'...

Boan family,
So sorry to hear about the passing of Mike. I spent a summer playing softball for him along with Shelly. He was such a great coach. He was tough on us but he just wanted us to be our best. I have great memories of that summer.
So sorry for your loss.

Betty, Shelly and family,

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He was such a great guy. I have very fond memories of him from the times I spent playing sports with Shelly. He loved to tease and was always a fun parent to be around. I have even more respect for him now that my own kids are involved in sports. He felt so bad when I broke my ankle in softball and stopped by the ER to check on me. I will be praying for your family in the days & weeks ahead.
