One of the things I always appreciated about Mike is that whenever you were with him, you always wanted to be on your "A" game. He had an inherent ability to quietly ask the thought provoking questions that you wished you'd thought of beforehand! He had that way about him that could challenge you to get the best result. We'll miss you, Mike. You always helped us to raise the bar.
