1966 - 2010 Mike Bowen, 44, of Kansas City, MO, passed away in his home Saturday, October 23, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents Margaret (Sorrentino) Springer and Harold "Sonny" Bowen. Mike was a Kansas City, Missouri firefighter for 22 years and was an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, and antique dealer. He is survived by his two children, Victoria Marie and Michael Santino; sister, Dana Bond (David); brother, Daron Springer (Amie) of Concord, CA; nephew and godson, Michael Bond; uncle and aunt, Tom and Mary Sorrentino; many cousins; and special friend, Andrea Charmello. Mike was a devoted father. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by his family, friends and brother firefighters. "WE LOVE YOU MIKE"…Daron & Sis. I was so sorry to hear about Mike. I remember when you were all little kids and we lived across the street. Your Mom and I would visit on the porch for hours.
