I somehow missed this sad news. I worked for Mike many years ago at Corporate Management Solutions. He was a wonderful man, a visionary and both he and his brother Steve had great humanity and kindness and CMS reflected that spirit. Sadly I lost touch with both Mike and Steve, but remember them with great warmth. RIP Mike and thank you.
