As people rush around to get gifts and celebrate, I am thinking of all of the great things things you've done - and what you will always be to me. Rest well my angel, I am thinking of you :)

Oh LaLa- I just heard and Im so sad. Like all, you were the first I met in WPB when I came there and took good care of me for 15 years until it was OK to go home. We all think of you as family- we'll meet again one day, and Im sure youll call me BigVBigV. LOL.

I only just found out, and I feel like I've been punched in the gut. How very Sad and Tragic. Michael was one of the "GOOD ONES"! What a Loss, I'm Overwhelmed! My Deepest Sympathies and Condolences to His Family, Friends and of course, the "Gang" at Roosters.

I remember the night in 1995 my then girlfriend, now ex-wife, Besty, and I walk into Rooster's and sat at the bar. Lala came over and said, "What is up here?" (pointing to Betsy) "You are married (then pointing to me) "And, you're gay." Well, suffice it to say that after that I never heard the end of it from Lala when I came out in 1999. He was eternally sweet and as generous as all get out. And, I am glad I didn't know that after that night, I would be sitting alone at the end of the...

Whenever we visited WPB, Michael always picked us out as visitors to the bar and always made sure we had a good time and felt good about being in WPB. He will truly be missed.

He was a great guy, always had a smile.

I met Michael back in 1989 when I first moved to West Palm Beach, and when I lived there we were friends. On many occasions we had some fund times, as he will be missed by us all, with his happiness and love for life, I am sorry to see you go, may God Bless you.
