Gloria, Paul, Chuck and Mark, The last time I saw Mike was about 2 1/2 years ago while I was having lunch with Don Guptil. He came over to the table and sat with us for a few minutes, it seemed to us at the time Mike was doing better. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. All the best to you at this time of sorrow.
