Not sure what to say?

My condolances to Mike's family. I had the privilege of working with him for several years when we were both in the Department of Community Corrections. He was always pleasant and made me laugh many times. I remember our discussing Christmas presents for our grandchildren and that, according to his wife, their young granddaughter HAD to have a pink piano. Not being able to find one, it appeared that he was going to have to get out the spray can of paint and make the one they had found...

Mr. B. I miss you darling, terribly.I know you will watch over us and keep us safe. I'm still doing my exercises and am still working hard to wake my left hand up. Honey please put in a special request asking God to help please speed up this healing process.*P.S.I am so thankful that "I love you" were the last words we said to each other . I do love you sweetheart. That will never change. Not ever.
Eternally,

On behalf of the North Carolina Association of Law Enforcement Explorer Advisors, I send our condolences and deepest sympathy to the Burroughs family on the loss of a brother in law enforcement and a friend to young people. We know the community of Forsyth County has lost a very dedicated and loyal public servant. Rest well Deputy Burroughs--we salute you and all your good works.
