I didn't know Mike real well, but he was a honest straight shooter who loved Jesus. I saw Mike shortly before he went home to see The Lord. I was eating at The Ship grill and in perfect Mike fashion walked up behind me, grabbed my shoulder, then gave me a smile with a nod. We will miss him. We are praying for the family.

Talk about a kick in the gut... Mikie spoke to you 3 weeks ago and you were SO positive and upbeat. I knew it would be a tough fight but honestly thought you were beating it. I am SO SO Sorry.
