Mike loved Jesus and that love overflowed to anyone Mike came in contact with! Often he would comment on all the blessings he had received. His smiles, genuine interest in others, the loving way he would speak of his family, are some of the things I will always remember about Mike.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I didn't even know that Mike was'nt doing well. I worked for Mike in 1997, he was a great person to work for and I learned so much from him, and being able to meet and get to know his family was one of many great things about working for such a great person. Paula you and the family are always going to have a special spot in my heart.

We never had the opportunity to meet Mike but we heard about him from our son, Joseph, who is Eric's roommate at Valpo. Thank you Paula and Eric from the bottom of my heart for opening your home and sharing your table and friendship with our son. I wish I could have know Mike longer than just the few years that I have. Every time Mike would be in our facility, he made it a point to say hi to everyone even if it wasn't you he came to see. He always had a smile on his face and a cheerful attitude no matter if he was feeling good or bad. There are not many people in this world like Mike Camel and he will be dearly missed.
