I was pretty shocked to learn of Mike's passing.
I worked with him at Gladwin Ace Hardware. (a long time ago!) There wasn't a single day that he didn't come to work with a smile on his face and an infectious energy. He was always willing to help out and if you were down and out when you showed up for work, you were surely in good spirits when you left. That's what Mike did, he lifted people up with that smile and laugh and made them better.
May God bless his wife, children and family....

My sincerest condolences to the Campbell family in the recent sudden passing of Mike. I did not know him personally but listened to him many times when he called Stu Bryers WICH radio talk show. We loved his calls and loved all the wonderful things he shared. We respectfully referred to him as "Super dad" as that is what he truly was! Your family has been so blessed and Mike as well with such a wonderful family. He was so dedicated to the family and was an awesome example of what a great dad...

I am deeply shocked and saddened to hear of Mike's passing. He was a Godsend to my husband and me, and to all our neighbors in Gales Ferry. He watched out for all the elderly in the neighborhood, and would voluntarily come in the middle of the night to plow our driveway, never asking for one thing in return. He fixed all our mechanical equipment and, through it all, with a smile on his face that was so endearing. When my husband became disabled, he was there even more to lend a hand. He even...

I am so saddened to read Mike's obituary. I did not have the pleasure of personally knowing Mike, but I certainly enjoyed listening to his calls to Stu Breyer on WICH. It was very apparent that Mike was very loving and devoted to his family. I'm certain Mike could be described as "One in a Million." My heartfelt sympathy to his wife Julie, children, and all his family.

Our family offers our innermost
condolences to the Campbell family.
I had the pleasure to meet Mike and his son via the small engine repair business.
My wife, son and dog ran into Julie, their young son and dog at the top of Bluff Point this past summer and enjoyed great conversation.
